This page is designed for parents who want their child’s birthday to feel big, meaningful, and unforgettable — without the stress that usually comes with hosting a party. Gamer vs Gamer is a game truck rental company in Atlanta, but our birthday packages are built around delivering a complete all inclusice celebration, not just providing a gaming party bus with video games.
Birthday party packages start at $399, which covers the basic game truck experience for families who want something simple. Most families, however, choose the Standard birthday party package starting at $699, because this is where the experience shifts from “a gaming bus party that just shows up”, to a real emotional and memorable kids birthday party that happens inside a game truck. Lastly, is the premium package with custom pricing — which is perfect for parents who want the best of the best and enjoy creating over-the-top, unforgettable experiences for their kids.
The Standard package blends the emotions and traditions of a birthday party — celebration, attention, and togetherness — with the fun and bonding that happens when kids play video games with their friends. Our team hosts the kids, manages the pace of the party, and keeps everything moving, so parents aren’t directing activities, watching the clock, or juggling responsibilities. Parents get to relax and enjoy the moment instead of running the party.
Instead of asking parents to organize food or supplies, Gamer vs Gamer provides what kids actually expect at a birthday party: pizza, cupcakes, ice cream, unlimited popcorn, and drinks, along with all plates, napkins, forks, spoons, and cleanup. Everything is handled as part of the party flow inside the gaming party bus, eliminating the usual chaos that happens around food breaks.
For the guest of honor, the experience goes far beyond playing games. Depending on the package, birthdays can include a professionally installed birthday yard sign and a real video game system gift such as a PlayStation 5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch 2, or Meta Quest 3 VR headset. These moments are built into the celebration so the birthday child feels noticed, rewarded, and like the clear VIP of the day.
Families who want to go beyond the Standard experience often explore our Premium Party Packages, which are the most personalized birthday celebrations. These events are designed around the child’s interests, favorite games, and the level of “wow” the family wants to create. Because no two of these celebrations are the same, details and pricing are determinted by you and the experience that you want to provide your child.
Parents consistently choose Gamer vs Gamer because they want one decision, one provider, and one complete birthday experience. The result is a stress-free day for parents and a birthday where the child feels celebrated, valued, and talked about long after the truck leaves.

A Guide To Understanding What Impacts Game Bus Rental Prices
Our Complete Party Package Pricing
Core Pricing
Factors that Influence game bus rental pricing
- Length of the party: Longer parties cost more overall, but the price per hour usually goes down as you move from a short event to a full 2–3 hour birthday party production.
- Number of kids and type of party: A smaller Party of Five VR Game Bus is built for tight friend groups, therefore the price is going to be a lot less. Larger packages like the Party of Twelve Gaming Bus package are designed for a full squad of kids with more consoles and more hands-on hosting. The Unlimited Guests Gaming Bus is set up for bigger flows of kids, schools, churches, and community events. Each package that we offer has a different price that reflects the uniqueness of that particular package.
- Day and time: Prime time slots are Friday, Saturday & Sundays, which are in higher demand than weekday parties. When you’re flexible on date and time, you can often land a better value.
- Party add-ons and surprises: Some game trucks have add-ons like laser tag or bouncy houses. Gamer vs Gamer has add-ons like birthday yard sign rentals and installs, custom birthday video, superhero portrait, and the big gift reveal (PS5, Xbox, Switch, or VR headset) that all add value and can change the total.
- Type of event: Private birthday parties, school events, church functions, and fundraisers all have different goals and timelines. A fast two-hour birthday party is priced differently than an all-day school field day or festival.
Hourly Rates
